- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Contact Citizens Advice on 08454 040506 or at the below website. Ive just reported this company (snickersdirect) as they are not responding to emails and the phone just rings and rings. On Powertooldirect there is a lovely form you fill in to open a ticket query, but when they send you a confirmation email and you click on the link to check the progress of the ticket it says "website not found". I have been told to write a letter to the company by recorded delivery stating and if they dont reply with either the goods or my money returned then there info will be passed to Trading Standards.
