- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆If you want a lettings agent to do something when asked DO NOT SIGN up to this company. During last winter our boiler broke and we had to wait 3 days for the boiler to be replaced- the letting agent never once offered to supply elec heaters nor reimburse us for the cost of sourcing heaters ourselves and the additional cost of the electric.
