  Disgusting, member of staff, who couldn’t answer a simple question in her own industry environment. I am a tenant renting from a landlord who has put my money in a bond scheme and not a deposit protection scheme, and I simply wanted to know the difference. Instead, of finding out the correct information and phoning me back with an update, she contacted my landlord behind my back about her concerns regarding my innocent enquiry. This led my landlord to turn up in announced, at my rented accommodation, with no warning whatsoever, as based on her deceitful allegations, he thought, his house had been trashed by my dogs! I have since phoned the companies employee, who is refusing to give me any point of contact to take this matter further. She will not give me any managers name, as apparently, she has no superior, despite her not being a person, of any authority herself. She is also refusing to give me her own name, as a point of reference to her disgusting behaviour. This has caused an ill feeling between myself and my landlord, and he has left my property concerned and unsettled. I too, am very unsettled about all of this. This type of behaviour is what you witness in a child’s playground. This particular woman has no customer service skills whatsoever, no discretion, no common sense, and is totally incompetent regarding her product knowledge of the job. I categorically said twice to her, that as I had a good relationship with my landlord, I would speak to him direct, but instead she decided to phone him herself and cause an absolute stink bomb, enough so, for him to physically attend my place of residence. Disgusting, un professional behaviour to the highest level!
