- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I could not be more disappointed than I am with this company. When I sent my RAY BAN sunglasses to them, they couldnt do enough and said they had repaired them within a day. Impressed I asked them to fit new lenses, they said no problem. I thought great I have found a reliable company that I can recommend to all my glass wearing friends. They gave me a timeframe which seemed very reasonable until the weeks turned into months. I have been waiting for my glasses for 4 MONTHS NOW. They will not return them or return my calls. If they do answer the phone they put it down quickly, with the excuse the person, MORRIS, who deals with them is not in now, even when it is MORRIS who answers. I have never been rude and just want my glasses returned, repaired or not. The frames alone were over a few hundred pounds. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY GO SOMEWHERE THEY WILL TREAT YOU RESPECTFULLYBy Admin, June 06, 2017
